He has soft body over wire armature. His head, hands and feet have been sculpted from Prosculpt polymer clay and hand-painted.

Pumpkinhead has green/yellow hand-painted glass eyes.

His clothes are made of cotton and velvet with lace. The jacket has been decorated with painted autumn leaves pattern.

Pumpkinhead's shoes are made of real leather.
